Makes one portion

Calories: 145 kcal

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet GrowHappy Cashew ImmunoButter
  • 1 oz silken or soft tofu (2 TBSP)
  • 1–2 tbsp breast milk, formula, or water (to adjust consistency if needed)
  • Optional add-ins:
    • A pinch of  nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Add the Cashew ImmunoButter, tofu, and a splash of liquid to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if needed for a thinner texture.
  3. Optional: add a pinch of nutmeg

If this is too much for your baby in one meal, try again later or store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3–4 days, or freeze in small portions.
