ALLERGEN: PEANUT

Makes 6 fingers – for older infants

Calories: 200 kcal

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 3 TBSP milk or breast milk or infant formula
  • 1 packet Peanut ImmunoButter

Mixing instructions:

  1. Mix oats and preferred milk together; let them soak for a few minutes for better results.
  2. Add the Peanut ImmunoButter and mix well.
  3. Press into the bottom of a small microwave-proof dish. Microwave on high for 40 seconds, check to see if they are cooked. OR
  4. Press into the bottom of a small microwave-proof. Bake in the oven (350 F) for 20 mins.
  5. Cool in the dish for a few minutes, remove from the dish and slice into fingers.
  6. Once the fingers cool down, spread ½ packet of ImmunoButter on each finger and give them to your baby.

Storage Instructions

  • Store in refrigerator: Place in an airtight storage container and refrigerate for 2-3 days.
  • Store in freezer: Freezer on a baking sheet and then transfer to a freezer bag or airtight container. Allow the fingers to cool and freeze them on a baking sheet. Store in the freezer for up to a month. Thaw/defrost overnight to give to your baby for breakfast.
