How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders above $99, which includes the monthly subscription to our Allergen ImmunoButter Variety Box and the one-time purchase of that box. You can choose to pay extra to expedite the shipping as needed.

Which Shipping carrier do you use?

Our standard shipping is UPS ground.

How long will it take my order to ship?

We typically process orders within 1 business day, though during higher-volume periods it may take up to 3 business days. Once UPS ground picks up the order, it should arrive within 2-3 days to locations within the continental U.S. All-in the order will arrive within 6 business days.

Do you ship outside the continental US?

No, at this time we only ship to the 48 states within the continental US.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order through the UPS tracking link that will be shared with you via email once you order.

What’s your refund and return policy?

Our customers are the most important thing to us, so we have a 30-day Happiness Guarantee. We want to make sure you and your child are happy with your order, and if not we’ll refund you within 30 days of your first order date after you send us back your box. Please email our customer service team at hello@letsgrowhappy.com explaining the issue, and we will work with you to sort out the problem!
