Ingredients:

1 small chunk (~15g) cooked sweet potato

Tiny pinch of salt (optional)

A drop or two tsp of breast milk, infant formula or water
Cooking and mixing instructions:

Steam, boil, or microwave a small piece of sweet potato until soft.
