ALLERGEN: SESAME

Here's a tiny mashed sweet potato recipe scaled to just 1 tablespoon (perfect for a baby portion):

Makes 1 portion

Calories: 125 kcal

Ingredients:

  • 1 small chunk (~15g) cooked sweet potato

  • Tiny pinch of salt (optional)

  • A drop or two tsp of breast milk, infant formula or water

Cooking and mixing instructions:

  1. Steam, boil, or microwave a small piece of sweet potato until soft.

  2. Mash it with a fork until smooth.

  3. Add a tiny bit of liquid if needed to reach the texture you want.

  4. Now add our Sesame ImmunoButter for extra creaminess.
