Here are some suggestions on where to start: 

  1. Referrals: Ask your primary care doctor for recommendations, many local allergists in private practice or in academic university-affiliated hospital clinics offer OIT.
  2. Professional Organizations: Check websites of organizations like the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI) or the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (ACAAI) for allergists who specialize in food allergies and OIT.
